Inspired By
In a world Where the Mind Grows through the harmony of people and planet health, regenerative approaches, biomimicry, and ecopsychology serve as guiding principles for my work and all we do at WTMG's. These concepts encourage us to learn from nature’s wisdom, understand practices beyond sustainability; that benefit both our mental well-being and the environment. By integrating the Inner Development Goals and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we create a framework for personal and collective growth that aligns with ecological balance. Together, these approaches inspire a holistic perspective, nurturing a deeper connection to ourselves and the world around us.

The work I do is also inspired by trauma-informed and psychological safety principles which allow us to become better communicators and prioritise mental health and well-being for our individual selves, collective cultures and wider ecosystems

Small can still be impactful!

Declaration
We live on a joyfully beautiful life-giving planet called Earth, yet our world home is facing poly-crises of catastrophic proportions. As humans, we have the opportunity to act! To work in alignment with Nature and help our planet and ourselves recover.
At Where the Mind Grows, we believe that even small businesses can contribute to these huge issues.
Together with other Business Declares members, we declare there is a climate, ecological and social emergency and we choose to act.
We/I recognise this is a business issue too.
We/I recognise this change, impacts us all.
Just like the natural ecosystems where we hold our sessions, everything we do is interconnected and how we choose to act now, can make a difference.
Where the Mind Grow's declaration, in line with the Business Declares Manifesto, states commitment to contributing and reviewing our plan of action - you can see how we are aiming to do that at the link below & on this page.
This plan outlines the way in which we deliver impact that contributes to solutions and minimises detrimental or destructive impact on Nature's systems for life.
We/ I (WTMG) understand our responsibility to share this information as inspiration and advocacy for Nature; igniting the opportunity to change the way we do business, and live our lives. Creating conditions conducive to life!
Doing this in solidarity with others will have far greater power, and so please join us. Together, let's create the future we want.
