Inspired By

In a world Where the Mind  Grows through the harmony of people and planet health, regenerative approaches, biomimicry, and ecopsychology serve as guiding principles for my work and all we do at WTMG's. These concepts encourage us to learn from nature’s wisdom, understand practices  beyond sustainability; that benefit both our mental well-being and the environment. By integrating the Inner Development Goals and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we create a framework for personal and collective growth that aligns with ecological balance. Together, these approaches inspire a holistic perspective, nurturing a deeper connection to ourselves and the world around us.

The work I do is also inspired by trauma-informed and psychological safety principles which allow us to become better communicators and prioritise mental health and well-being for our individual selves,  collective cultures and wider ecosystems

Small can still be impactful!

Taking Action

Embracing regenerative leadership and business approaches and aligned with Joanna Macy's work on 'Active Hope' ensure that every decision I make as a business founder commits to improving my practice, business model and creating a positive impact in the world (no matter how small)

This is by no means linear and is involving as much un-doing as it is doing and being!

Here are just a few examples of ways I commit to better business:

  • Member of Ethical Networks; Better Business Network, Organisation of Responsible Business, Association of Sustainable Practitioners, Yorkshire Eco Business Network & Think Like A Tree Facilitators Network

  • CPD in Regenerative Leadership including Regenerators Academy Alumni & N-Rythmn

  • Host of Yorkshire Climate Coaching Association Cafe & Associate/Supporter of Yorkshire Climate Commissions work.

  • Fund Wild Mosaics & Make it Wild Rewilding projects through business.

  • Aim to use ethically sourced collaborators and suppliers & natural resources where possible, or in the research and transition too this.

  • 2025 currently working on a digital minimalism approach to reduce digital footprint.

  • Nature is an active stakeholder in my business approach & decision making.

  • Switched to an ethical mobile contract for business (Honest Mobile) and banking (Monzo).

  • Carbon Literacy Training completed.

  • Additional Focused work on Men's Mental Health products and services to reduce stigma for men and contribute to suicide prevention in this demographic.

  • Adopt a mostly plan based diet (not quite vegan yet!)

  • Use active travel solutions where possible, for business travel.

  • Minimise flying - commitment to aim to fly no more than once every other year max. (Personal/Business)

  • Designed business around own regenerative frameworks (Think Like A Tree)

  • Commit to daily Nature-Based well-being practices for personal resilience.

  • Do not work with clients based in or contributing to 'destructive industry's' or where values and ethics do not align to WTMG's work.

And much more

Informed by our own regenerative frameworks!
In co-creation with Sarah Spencer, we co-founder Think Like A Forest a Regenerative Business Programme for leaders and teams.
This work OF COURSE heavily influences and deeply informs my approach to working as a life, career coach and facilitator for workplace well-being and culture change.
