'What I need is somewhere...somewhere to pause, time for myself, to be myself" that's what a coaching client once exclaimed to me. And so a few years I created just that. A circuit breaker and resting place from the hustle of the everyday. A place to re-connect and reset.
This retreat/residential invites you to step away from your every day for a few days and re-connect with yourself and nature.
Delivered by coach/facilitator JK McQuinn of Where the Mind Grows and our skilled collaborators, the retreat offers focused time for your own personal development and growth with workshops to help you connect and reflect on your life/work now, and opportunities to find slower/calmer and more confident moments in your life. Authentically you.
