Not everyone can get to the woods and that's ok. At Where the Mind Grows, personal growth and inner connectedness  flourishes when rooted in nature's wisdom. Our  one-to-one online coaching sessions together, guide you toward a life of purpose, well-being, and harmony with the natural world & your wild self.

We may not meet in the forest, but my coaching approach online brings wild and natural inspiration to each session and beyond.

Your personal wholesomeness requires nurturing, patience, and the right conditions to thrive. Our coaching combines modern well-being & coaching practices with nature-inspired wisdom,  of regenerative self-leadership, biomimicry  and eco-psychology[learning from/with Nature] and practical nature connection  approaches. Delivered through online sessions on zoom. For those that simply aren't able to make your way to the WTMG HQ - woods of Little Seed Field, North Yorkshire

​​The online coaching programme is for people who find themselves a lost, confused or lacking direction:

Together, we will explore your 'inner and outer ecosystem' of beliefs, values, vision, life and work aims and intentions and the behaviours and habits you are embodying or not.

  • Ideas, Inspiration and 'Adventures' to help you root clarity and personal development along the way. 

  • Time to connect with yourself in Nature to enrich our experience, with the natural world as a mentor!

Three Things in Nature 

Go out into Nature and set yourself the intention to notice three things in Nature each day. I recommend doing this for a week or more. 

Document your experience, be curious about patterns, set a theme to notice, like a colour, texture or word. 

​

This helps to tap into your bodies ability to restore and be present and can connect you with a feeling of belonging in the world too. 

 Flower Festival

Senses in Nature

Find a quiet and comfortable spot in Nature. Take a moment to find your breath in and out, for around 3-5 counts.  Notice how you are feeling before and after this practice. Invite yourself to explore your surrounds through your senses

  Touch & Texture, Smell,  Sight &  Sound ( looking and listening far and then near), even Stick out your tongue to taste the air.

Take 30 seconds to 2 minutes with each. Or longer if you wish.  

​

This helps you to regulate energy and emotions and become present in your surrounds. Noticing the shift.

Fascinating Nature

Choose something in your natural local space or garden. 

Invite fascination and wonder. 

Explore it in detail , notice the patterns and design of its being. 

Get curious about how this element enhances its life and well-being. What features do you observe? How is it contributing to its surrounds?

Perhaps you research further?

This activates dopamine and other chemicals in your brain that help with learning, curiosity and innovation. It can energise you and teach you new things about the world around you
